Overview
These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, transactions, and services provided by our company. Please read them carefully before placing any order.
| 1 | Shipping times: The shipping time marked on the quotation is an estimation based on our real shipping time for the past 30 days. There is no guarantee for the shipping time because unpredictable factors can affect shipping times. | |||||||||||||||||
| 2 | Refunds, resends, and returns: We will offer a full refund or replacement if the products are badly damaged only if pictures or videos that prove such damage are provided within three days after the product is delivered to the final customer. We will offer free resend service if the customer provides the correct address. Still, the package was returned to the overseas warehouse, or the courier company made a mistake during the delivery. As returning products would mean more expenses, we do not require our customers to return the products to our warehouse. |

| 3 | Pricing: Our initial quotation prices are based on the sales volume expectation as per the client’s communication. However, if we can’t get to the initial sales volume mentioned previously, we will increase the price or stop cooperation. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in currency exchange, raw material costs, and other factors. However, users will be informed of such changes one week before the changes start applying. |

| 4 | Payment Methods: Payments can be made through Transferwise, Wire Transfers, Ping Pong, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Note: Payments may be subject to the following conditions: 1. Payments under $2000 via Alibaba, USD via ACH network and EUR via SEPA network, and wire transfers over $5000 are free of charge. 2. Wire transfers under $5000 are subject to a $30 charge the customer shall bear 3. Payments over $2000 via Alibaba will be subject to a 1% charge the customer shall bear. |

| 5 | Payment Structure: We require 100% payment in advance, and we will stop fulfillment if the customer’s balance is negative. | |||||||||||||||||
| 6 | Product Details: During the quotation, the client should offer the full details of the product, ie. Particular functions, if the product is flammable, contains liquid, magnetic parts, etc. When the client receives the quotation, it is the client’s responsibility to confirm that the product on it is the product they are selling. | |||||||||||||||||
| 7 | VAT: The client should decide the amount of VAT that we declare to the shipping company, we can recommend the amount, but the client should undertake all the risks of low declaration. | |||||||||||||||||
| 8 | MOQs: The MOQ for stock purchases is 30 PCS, and the minimum account balance top-up amount is USD 100. | |||||||||||||||||

- Billing Node: Confirmed receipt of inventory.
- Billing Weight: Calculated based on the greater of volumetric or actual weight.
