What e-commerce platforms does Dropship China Pro integrate with?
We integrate directly with Shopify via our custom connector. For Shopify, you connect your store by providing your store name, API key and password through our setup process. We also support WooCommerce and other platforms through API integration. Once connected, orders sync automatically so fulfillment runs without manual input on your end.
How do I connect my Shopify store to Dropship China Pro?
Connecting your Shopify store takes four steps. First, provide your store name. Second, create a custom private app in your Shopify admin under Apps and copy the API key and password. Third, set the correct Admin API permissions for the app. Fourth, provide the SKU codes for each product you want us to fulfill. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Alibaba Trade Assurance, Payoneer, Wise, and wire transfers (SWIFT). Payments under $2,000 via Alibaba, USD via ACH network and EUR via SEPA network are free of charge. Wire transfers over $5,000 are also free of charge. We recommend Payoneer for EUR payments and Transferwise for low-cost international transfers. SWIFT is best suited for transactions above $1,000 due to its minimum transfer fee.
How does billing and payment structure work?
We require 100% payment in advance. Once your store is connected and inventory is confirmed, you deposit a balance to your account and we begin fulfilling orders. We send a daily report with fulfillment cost updates so you can monitor your balance. When your balance approaches zero, you top it up to keep fulfillment running without interruption. Every payment comes with a commercial invoice detailing the services and products provided.
Are there any setup or monthly fees?
No. There are no initial setup fees, monthly membership fees, or warehousing fees. You pay for product cost, shipping and packaging only. You also get 90 days of free storage in our Chinese warehouses and 60 days of free storage in overseas warehouses. Bulk orders qualify for discounted rates.
What is your refund, resend and returns policy?
We offer a full refund or replacement if products arrive badly damaged, provided photo or video evidence is submitted within 3 days of delivery to the final customer. We offer a free resend if the courier made a delivery error or the package was returned to our overseas warehouse despite a correct customer address. We also offer a full resend or refund for lost parcels or wrong items received, as long as proof of customer refund is submitted within 14 days. We do not require customers to return products to our warehouse.
What are the order volume requirements to work with Dropship China Pro?
We work with e-commerce businesses that are already processing a consistent daily order volume. This ensures we can dedicate the right resources, support and fulfillment capacity to every client we take on. If you are at that stage and ready to scale, get in touch and we will assess whether we are a good fit for your business.
Can prices change after I receive a quotation?
Quotation prices are based on the sales volume discussed at the time of onboarding. If the agreed volume is not reached, prices may be adjusted, or cooperation may be reviewed. Prices can also change due to currency exchange fluctuations or raw material costs, but you will always be informed at least one week before any price change takes effect. Shipping fees in quotations are based on factory-provided weight and dimensions and are subject to updates if those details change.
