What is automatic order fulfillment and how does it work?

When a customer places an order in your store, our Order Management System (OMS) picks it up automatically, routes it through our fulfillment pipeline, ships it to your customer and marks the order as fulfilled in your store, all without any manual input from you. You never need to export CSV files, copy and paste order details, or chase tracking numbers again.

We integrate with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Shopee and Wish. For Shopify, we have a dedicated app available directly on the Shopify App Store that connects your store in minutes. Other platforms connect through our OMS via API. Once connected, order sync is fully automatic across all supported platforms.

Shopify sellers can install our dedicated app directly from the Shopify App Store. After installation, your store connects to our OMS and orders begin syncing automatically. For products already stored in our warehouses, we complete order processing, fulfillment and tracking updates within 12 hours of order creation. For products not yet in our warehouse, the process takes 3 to 5 days to source, inspect and dispatch. Either way, your store and your customer are updated automatically throughout.

Once an order is created in your store, our OMS reads it, fulfills and ships it, marks it as fulfilled in your store, sends your customer a tracking number by email and follows up with shipment status updates. Every step happens automatically. Your only job is driving traffic and sales.
