Shopify Connector Operation Guide
In order to connect your shop, you do not need to install/configurate an app.
Instead, you need to provide us some information and grant us the right access level.
Please follow these steps 1 by 1, and fill in the provided word document.
1. Store Name
Please provide us your store name (as circled in red)
2. Api key and password
2.A In the control bar to the left click in the bottom section named ‘Apps’.
Inside this section click on ‘Manage private apps’, which is at the bottom of the page.
2.B You may have to enable custom apps, if not done before. Tick all boxes
Then, “create custom app”.
2.C App name and developer email can be filled in with “allroot”
2.D Copy and send us the information in the Authentication section:
‘API key’ and ‘Password’ as shown above.
3. Manage your private app settings
3.A Still in the private app section, scroll further down to “Admin API permissions”. Give these
apps the following authorizations:
When finishing your settings, please make sure to click the save button in the top right corner.
4. Provide SKU codes
For each item you want us to fulfill, please provide the following info:
The rest of the information needed to fill in the word document can mostly be found in the “orders” section of your shop.

Dropship China Pro offers a quick and customer-friendly dispute policy. We appreciate it if you provide pictures of the damaged product to prove damage. If the pictures cannot prove the products are damaged, please send us a video.
Dropship China Pro will offer Full Refund, Resend, or Return for any of the following cases:
Refund:
We will offer a full refund or replacement if:
The products are badly damaged.
Pictures or videos that prove such damage are provided within three days after the product is delivered to the final customer.
Resend:
We will offer free resend service if:
- The customer provided the correct address, but the package was returned to the overseas warehouse.
- The courier company made a mistake during the delivery.
Returns:
As returning products would mean more expenses, we do not require our customers to return the products to our warehouse.
Addition:
We offer full resend or refund services if the parcel was lost during the transportation or the customer received the wrong products if evidence that proves you have refunded the order to your customers is submitted within 14 days.

We do not charge any initial setup fee. However, once your store is linked to our order management system via API and you have purchased your inventory, you would need to deposit an account balance to your account before we start to ship orders.
We will send a daily report with the order fulfillment costs update and when your balance is close to zero you would need to top up again so we can continue fulfilling orders.
On top of that, for every payment there will be a commercial invoice indicating the services and products provided to your company.

4. SWIFT Payment
SWIFT Payment is one of the most used payments worldwide. However, we strongly suggest SWIFT payment for transactions higher than $1000 USD since the transfer cost would be least 30 USD.
